That's why our warranty replacement program allows you to receive a free replacement if any item from our Essentials collection doesn't hold up under normal wear for a full year from the date of receipt.

International Orders
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for International DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments due to the complexities of international duties, taxes, and fees.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between 11/15/2024 and 12/31/2024 may be returned for a refund through 1/15/2025 and exchanged through 1/30/2025.
Our normal return and exchange policy apples to all purchases made beginning 1/1/2025.
