• How do I sign up for BRANWYN Rewards? >

  To sign up for BRANWYN Rewards, either select “Join Now” on the rewards page or automatically sign up when you make your first purchase.

• What are the advantages of becoming a BRANWYN Rewards member? >

  You will earn points for each purchase as well as other actions like social follows and reviews and be able to transfer these points into gift codes to use on future purchases.

• I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards? >

  Nope, your BRANWYN Rewards account is part of your BRANWYN shopping account.

• Where can I find all of my BRANWYN Rewards account info? >

  The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page.

• Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my BRANWYN Rewards account? >

  You will automatically be signed up for BRANWYN Rewards on your first purchase and will begin receiving points.

• What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings? >

  Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team by emailing info@BRANWYN.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

• How do I redeem my points? >

  Simply visit the BRANWYN Rewards page and redeem your rewards in increments of 100, 200 or 300 points.

• How do BRANWYN Rewards points convert to dollars? >

  100 points = $1 dollar.

• Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? >

  Nope! There’s no limit to how many rewards you can earn.

• Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a gift code? >

  Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the gift code was applied. The points you used to redeem the gift code will also be added back to your BRANWYN Rewards account.
  
  If a customer earned points on a purchase and applies those points toward another purchase, and then that purchase was partially refunded, we will not return the points used to redeem the reward coupon but will only return points for the amount returned.

• When do my points expire? >

  Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with BRANWYN Rewards i.e., redeeming points, earning points, placing an order, etc.

• If I have redeemed my points for a gift code, when does the gift code expire? >

  BRANWYN Rewards Gift Codes expire after one year of creation.

• How can I get a birthday reward? >

  Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the BRANWYN Rewards page. On your birthday we will send you a special gift code code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday!
