How do I sign up for BRANWYN Rewards? >
To activate your BRANWYN Rewards account, either select “Join Now” on the rewards page to create an account or automatically sign up when you make your first purchase.
If you have purchased under multiple email addresses and would like to merge your rewards accounts, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team at info@BRANWYN.com. -
How do I earn and redeem my BRANWYN Rewards points? >
You will automatically be enrolled in BRANWYN Rewards on your first purchase and begin earning points on every purchase, as well as actions taken on the BRANWYN Rewards page.
To redeem your points, visit the BRANWYN Rewards page and redeem your rewards into gift codes in increments of 100 ($10), 200 ($20) or 300 ($30) points (100 points = $1 dollar). -
Do my points expire? >
Yes, points automatically expire one year after earning.
Once you redeem your points into a gift code, you have 1 year from the date of issue to use it before it expires. -
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a gift code? >
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund the total amount you paid after the gift code is applied. The points you used to redeem the gift code will also be added back to your BRANWYN Rewards account.

Why do I have a negative balance? >
You may see a negative points balance if merchandise is returned after a certificate is issued. Your points balance will be updated with every qualifying transaction and will remain negative until your points return to a positive balance.
