First-time customers can wear, wash, and experience one Essential bra or underwear product. If it’s not for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the product for a full refund.

Wrong size? Changed your mind? No worries.

All other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with their original packaging.
