Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We get it. Sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, or something just isn’t what you expected.
Our standard return and exchange policy is 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unwashed, and are returned with their original packaging.
Accessories are Final Sale. Final Sale items and items that do not meet our return requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions below.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Just like returns, exchanges are allowed if they are unworn, unwashed, and are returned with their original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and our standard return requirements.
Return Shipping
Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible items in your order for a refund or exchange without an additional return shipping charge.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you purchased your BRANWYN from another retailer, your return will need to be made directly through that retailer and will be subject to their return policy.
What happens when BRANWYN receives my return?
Once your return reaches us, we verify the merchandise received before processing your refund or exchange.
The merchandise in your package must match the items included in your return request and meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
If a return arrives without the expected merchandise, contains fewer items than indicated, includes merchandise that does not correspond with the return request, or otherwise does not meet our return requirements, we may decline the return or issue a refund only for eligible merchandise actually received and verified.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may not be returned to the sender.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Our return and exchange policies exist because we want you to feel good about trying BRANWYN. Returns happen. Bodies are different, fit is personal, and sometimes something simply isn’t right.
All we ask is that everyone plays by the same rules.
BRANWYN’s purchasing, return, exchange, refund, and other customer policies are intended for customers purchasing our products for personal use and using these policies as intended.
Purchasing BRANWYN products for unauthorized resale, misusing our purchasing or return policies, or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity is simply not permitted.
When something doesn’t look right
We reserve the right to review current and previous purchasing, payment, delivery, return, exchange, and refund activity when necessary to protect our customers, our business, and the integrity of our policies.
If we have reason to believe that an account, order, purchase, return, or other transaction involves fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse or misuse of our policies, or other activity inconsistent with their intended use, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
That may include limiting purchase quantities, requiring additional verification, canceling orders, declining returns, exchanges or refunds, suspending policy benefits, assessing applicable restocking or processing fees, restricting future purchases or returns, or suspending or closing an account.
These restrictions may be based on current or previous activity.
To protect our customers and the integrity of our fraud-prevention and return processes, we may not be able to provide specific information about how these determinations are made.
Our right to say no
We wish we could say yes to everything, but sometimes we can’t.
To the extent permitted by law, BRANWYN reserves the right, at our discretion, to limit, decline, or cancel a purchase, order, return, exchange, or refund.
If we cancel an order before it is fulfilled, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled merchandise.
For fulfilled orders, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy and these Terms & Conditions.
Rejected Returns
Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected.
This includes, without limitation, packages that do not contain the merchandise identified in the return request, returns containing missing or substituted merchandise, merchandise that does not meet our condition requirements, or returns otherwise inconsistent with our policies.
Rejected returns are not eligible for a refund or exchange. BRANWYN may also restrict future purchasing or return privileges when warranted by the circumstances.
We don’t judge returns.

Making a legitimate return or exchange within our policies will not, by itself, affect your ability to shop with us in the future. Our return policy is here because sometimes something just doesn’t work.
But we do reserve the right to act when we have reason to believe our policies are being misused.
Nothing in this Return Policy or these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Orders & Purchases
When is my order accepted?
After you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation. BRANWYN reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfillment.
Sometimes we may not be able to accept an order because an item is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product information, we are unable to verify information associated with the transaction, or for another reason permitted under these Terms.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment but before fulfillment, we’ll refund the amount collected for the canceled merchandise.
Please give us the right information.
To get your BRANWYN where it needs to go, we need accurate information from you, including your contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.
If we need additional information to process or verify an order, we may contact you. If the information we need isn’t provided, or the information provided is inaccurate or cannot be verified, we may delay or cancel the order.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or make changes to product availability at any time.
Products
Colors and details may vary.
We do our best to represent our products accurately, including color, fit, construction, and details. Screens are different, natural fibers are wonderfully natural, and slight variations can happen.
Product images are provided to help you understand what you’re purchasing, but the product you receive may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Finding your fit
Only you know what feels best on your body, but we’re here to help.
Please use the sizing information provided on our website when choosing your size. If you have questions, our Customer Happiness team is happy to help you find the right fit before you order.
Pricing & Payment
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or product-description errors.
If we discover an error before fulfilling your order, we may contact you to give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
Payment must be authorized before an order can be fulfilled. We may use third-party services to verify or authorize transactions and may decline or cancel transactions that cannot be verified or authorized.
Promotions & Offers
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotions, discounts, gifts with purchase, and other offers may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements. Those terms will be provided with the applicable offer.
If a promotion includes a complimentary item based on a minimum purchase amount and a return causes the qualifying purchase to fall below that amount, we may require the complimentary item to be returned or deduct its stated value from the refund, as disclosed in the applicable promotional terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end a promotion as permitted by law.
Our Content
The photography, graphics, product designs, copy, trademarks, logos, and other content appearing on BRANWYN’s website belong to BRANWYN or are used by us with permission.
You’re welcome to enjoy our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without our permission.
A Few Other Important Things
If one part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If we don’t enforce a provision immediately, that doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to enforce it later.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will apply as permitted by law.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
