Yes! Our products are built to last. If any item doesn’t hold up under normal wear within one year of delivery, we’ll replace it for free.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order if anything unexpected happens in transit. For a small fee, you're covered for loss, damage, theft, missing or wrong items, return to sender, and other carrier mistakes.

We do our best to make sure every package arrives quickly and safely, but carriers occasionally make mistakes. With Shipping Protection, you don't have to worry: if something goes wrong, you can report it and get a replacement fast.

If your order includes Shipping Protection, you're covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Submit your claim on our Order Management page.

Yes! We ship to select countries outside the United States. At this time, we’re unable to ship to countries within the European Union.

International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

International orders are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
