That's why our warranty replacement program allows you to receive a free replacement if any item from our Essentials collection doesn't hold up under normal wear for a full year from the date of receipt.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for International DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments due to the complexities of international duties, taxes, and fees.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between 11/15/2024 and 12/31/2024 may be returned for a refund through 1/15/2025 and exchanged through 1/30/2025.

I'm impressed and so surprised by how comfortable these are. I've worn them a few times so far and I always forget they're even on. I did have to size up though because I don't like that tight feeling around the leg opening. My hips are about 40-41 and I weigh130. I got the XL. Large was kind of ok.
I ordered one pair of the Essential Hipster, this being my first trial with wool. I will almost certainly be ordering more! The hipster is lightweight, soft, and comfortable and stays put. I’m a new Branwyn fan!

Comfortable, breathable, good coverage, nice quality. I never thought I’d purchase underwear at this price but I have zero regrets -love them!
I ordered both the bikini and the hipster in a size up (large) based on reviews. I only kept the hipster, as I found it more comfortable and a better fit. The bikini caused much more pronounced panty lines. Though the hipster isn't totally VPL-free, it's pretty minor. The bikini also caused a pinching feeling along the seams in my groin, but the hipster didn't have that issue for me. The material is comfortable and dries quickly. I'm looking forward to taking these camping. For reference, I have a 27.5" waist and 41" hips, usually wear a 28/6 in pants, and the size large fits well. I've included a pic of the bikini (top) and hipster (bottom) so you can see the difference in cut.
The Hipsters are a great fit and super comfortable. Looking forward to adding more.
