Our First Try Guarantee is designed to help you find your perfect Merino match. It allows you to order and try one piece per style and size. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to test them out. If they don’t work for you, you may exchange them for a different style/size or return them for a full product refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
It’s available only for U.S. orders. Bundle & save orders are not eligible for the guarantee. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to our incredible Customer Happiness team. To keep things as sustainable as possible– try one, fall in love, then come back for the full drawer refresh. 💛
EXCHANGES | 30 DAYS
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to try a product and exchange it for any reason.
We will send you a shipping label for the return and arrange for your replacement items to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
WARRANTY | 1 YEAR
Our Performance Innerwear Essentials are built to last.
That's why our warranty replacement program allows you to receive a free replacement if any item from our Performance Innerwear Essentials collection doesn't hold up under normal wear for a full year from the date of receipt.
