RETURNS | 14 DAYS
We offer a 14-day return window for our SWAG Collection. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full product refund to your original payment method.
Please note that the garment must have the original tag attached and be unwashed. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

EXCHANGES | 30 DAYS
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange your SWAG Collection item for any reason. Please ensure the garment has the original tag attached and is unwashed to qualify for an exchange.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECT
Our SWAG Collection is covered by a 14-day warranty for any manufacturer defects from the date of receipt.
To start your warranty claim, please email info@branwyn.com with a brief description and pictures of the issue so our team can review.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for International DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments due to the complexities of international duties, taxes, and fees.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between 11/15/2024 and 12/31/2024 may be returned for a refund through 1/15/2025 and exchanged through 1/30/2025.
Our normal return and exchange policy apples to all purchases made beginning 1/1/2025.
