Have wanted a boy short from branwyn for so long. I have lots of the hipsters but tbh I hate the tight leg opening, and they give me VPL under close fitting pants, even having sized up from my normal S to M But, the material is great and I continue to wear them!
The boyshort solves all my complaints. They're true to size, I tried both S and M and in the larger size they rode up a lot because they were too loose. Get your true size. The leg openings are not tightly stitched and they are soooo comfy. The stitching is a little messy on some pairs so we'll see how well they hold up. Everything else i love is the same - comfy waistband, amazing material, nice colors, no cotton/poly gusset. I'll eventually replace all my other pairs with these. Thank you for finally making this style!
I have been wearing Branwyn for years and these boy shorts are my most favorite by far! I’m 5’5” 154 lbs. mediums are perfect.
I have been wearing a bralette from AE for many years and after a hot day there is a sweaty odor that I notice while wearing that is bothersome to me.
I decided to purchase Branwyn and got size medium. The fit is tight and has loosened since I purchased it a couple of weeks ago. I am not sure if I will purchase a large next time as I do not want it to become too loose.
The texture of the material is not itchy or bothersome and there is no sweaty odor after a hot day. I love it and I will be purchasing more.
Have enjoyed my new bra. Comfy, good for dancing, walking, yoga, all the things. Even when warm out. 🩷🩷🩷
Soft and comfortable. I love that these pants are flattering for a larger body. They are loose, not sloppy looking.
Feels fresh and clean even when hiking or working outdoors all day - moisture wicking, controls odor, extremely comfortable. And the customer service when needed is top notch; very responsive and helpful.
I have had these bras for almost a year, and I wear almost nothing else. The Busty bra was my first purchase but the band would flip up on me. Their excellent customer service helped me to try the bralette, which I purchased in Medium, and has been excellent. I now have 4 of them, however the Dark Nude color does fade quite a bit. Light and Warm Nude and Black have been the perfect bras to wear under everything, T shirts, dresses, to bed, for hikes, and everything in between.for those with sizing questions, If I were buying a department store bra, I would say a 34 DD is what I would probably fit, and a Medium bralette has been a great size for me. I wont be buying department store bras any longer!
Very comfortable. This is the first bra I've ever worn that did not cause any chafing on a long run in warm weather. I just ran 15 miles. No chafing. Almost no bouncing. I'm 34DD. This is my third run in this bra this week, and I also wore it under a dress one day. I just ordered another one. I might get rid of all my other bras.
I’m 100% a full time sports bra girl and this fits in perfectly with my collection, in terms of comfort and support.
I cannot believe I found these! I’m excited for a sale so I can stock up beyond the 4 pair I bought. These fit like a dream, so supportive and cozy. I’m a sweaty Betty, so wool is the perfect fabric for me.
My dream bra. No pinching or discomfort, just gentle support. I wear a 42C, and this bra in XXL is great! Cozy and wicking, no clamminess or stink with this bra! I also appreciate the construction and quality of the fabric, it seems like it’ll last a long time.
I've tried several brand name and styles of bras. I was looking for something along the lines of a sports bra but more supportive and easy to get on and off. This is it!! Love the merino. Hoping for a sale in my near future so I can stock up. PS. the underwear was great fitting too!
The best boyshorts! Nice coverage, don't bind, and best of all, stay cool in 100-degree summers! So happy that I tried them.
I typically can’t stand the feel of wool on my body so I was very hesitant to purchase this bra. I’m so happy I did! It’s SO comfortable and I’m a big busty woman so it feels great to have a wireless bra for my size 40G breast. Lol comfort and it holds the girls up? A DREAM! I got the size XXL. I've worn this bra in and outside of the house. At first I was nervous wearing it outside but I was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing a bra without wire. It felt free to have the support and the comfort. I'm going to wear this bra for an upcoming trip as I'll be traveling for 24+ hours and the idea of wearing one of my other bras feels like a nightmare. Can't wait to see how this goes!
I live in a tropical environment and have been slowly swapping my standard undies collection with everything Branwyn. The hipsters are great for lounging around the house, under shorts and dresses. It's nice to have something breathable, natural and comfy. I've paired mine with the bralettes for a cute set!
I absolutely love this bra, I have 2, still waiting for the purple one to be restocked. It’s comfortable and a pleasure to wear
I have several other Branwyn pieces that rock, but unfortunately, these thongs are uncomfortable and ill-fitting. I first took one in my usual size (M) and it was tight, dug in, and the crotch gusset was uncomfortable and had thick stitching. Thinking it was just sizing, I then ordered 3 in size L before a trip - almost the exact same problems. After wearing these all day I was sore from where the seam in the gusset chafed me, not a fun problem while on vacation! I've had them for about a year and sadly it hasn't improved. Not worth the cost, and regretting buying three when the other Branwyn undie options are so comfortable, but giving two stars for the great material.
Hi Bee,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We really appreciate it. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the Essential Thong. It definitely sounds like this particular style wasn’t the right fit for you, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you’ve had great experiences with our other pieces.
We’ll be in touch with you shortly to see how we can find a resolution. Thanks again for your honesty, it helps us improve!
I've had these about a year and they are still going strong! So comfortable & my usual size (M) fits well. I wish they were true high waist undies as I think the fit would be more flattering. Currently, it's substance over style, but the substance is so good! Marketing says you can swim in them, and while I have (see photo), I wouldn't recommend it as a bathing suit replacement unless it's hiking / camping.
I've had this bra for about a year and it rocks. I sleep in it almost every night, hike in it, chase kids around in it, travel nationally and internationally with it. It's supportive without being restrictive, can go a long time between washes, and feels great on. I did swim in it once on vacation and while it worked, it won't be my go-to except for hiking/camping swimming. My only complaint (perpetual for soft active bras) is that if you're nippy, it doesn't do much to hide them. Is it possible to make a wool bra insert? 34F and Medium fits great
