To determine the band size:

Measure snugly around your rib-cage, directly under your breasts. Add 3 inches to this measurement. For example, if your rib-cage is 31 inches, your band size is 34. If your result is an odd number, go UP to the next band size. For example, if your rib cage is 32 inches, 32+3=35, round 35 up to a 36 band size.

Our Performance Innerwear is meant to fit snugly on the body. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. If it feels just a little tight and you aren't sure if the next size up would be better, we recommend wearing and washing it a few times to see if it breaks in to your liking before exchanging it for another size.

Will it stretch out?

Fits true to size

I followed the advice to size up to Large when purchasing the previous model and found it to be too loose to provide enough support.
I bought a Medium (my normal bra size) in the new version and it fits much better - nice support without feeling restrictive.

For reference, I am 5'4" Height, 65kg Mass, 30" Waist and 35" Bust.
I have a curvy/athletic body type, and float between M and L depending on the garment, material and brand.

I would love to see a sizing chart based on actual body measurements - I haven't worn a conventional wired/padded bra in 7 years and have no idea what my cup + band size would be.
I would also appreciate the inclusion of garment measurements for each size (eg. underbust band 1/2 width, measured laying flat).
It would also help to see some simple comparison photos of models wearing each size, so that in-betweeners like myself can make a more informed choice regarding size. (Woxer does a great job of this).
At the very least, please consider including the body measurements of your models (bust, waist, and hips) in addition to their height.

I am in Australia so exchanging a poor fit is not available to me, thus my suggestions to improve your size advice.

With regards to the modifications, I find the shortened length of the racer-back to be an improvement, however I am disappointed with the lower neckline. The higher scoop neck of the previous version provides more security, and (in my opinion) it also looks better.

Overall, the material is divine, the colour is even better in person, and it functions perfectly for moderate impact activities.

Love for low impact!

This is a high quality bra that is made to last. This works well for low impact exercises and most forms of cardio, but doesn’t have quite enough support for running for me. However, I do wear it under my other bra so that the natural fibers are touching my body, which is better than nothing. Overall, I’m happy with it and am considering another! I purchased an xl and am usually a 38/40 ddd.

Dreamy fit, dreamy feel.

The essential racetrack sports bra is supportive, creates a soft, gentle shape, and moves as a breathing part of my body. I am 5’2 with an A cup size. The small fits well. It’s not as delightful as wearing no bra AND it’s pretty close.
