I ordered two of the the racerback sports bra, both in size large. I generally wear a 36DD. I'm not planning to use them for anything more intense than hiking and I think they are supportive enough for that. My only problem was that they are significantly different sizes, even though they're both marked as large. I was thinking about ordering more, but I don't know what size I'd get if I did. The larger one, the black in my picture, is less compressing and has much more coverage. The smaller one, gray in my picture, is much tighter and better for working out, but has less coverage.
I will say though that they are very comfortable and they don't pick up smell after a single wear like other synthetic bras do for me.
Ordered an XL based off size chart and email to them. I have a 36” band and a 46” bust. Bra seems comfortable. Maybe even could have gone down a size for better lift. As others have said, would love adjustable straps on this one.

I was disappointed with the amount of support that the busty bra offered (love it for around the house but not for working out or wearing outside the house) so I was thrilled to see the compressive racer back. I sized down to a medium (I’m a 36DD) to get extra support and I love it.
I love the essential bralette - it's perfection for everyday and even non-high impact/bouncy activity. So, I was excited for something I could run in in the summer. I'm a 34C and ordered the medium and the main part of the bra (the cups, band) fit perfectly. Not overly tight or hard to get on but still compressive. But the straps were completely loose so there was no support. Unlike the essential bralette, the straps are not adjustable. Sizing down is not going to help because then the band will be too tight. On reflection, it seems kinda nuts to make a bra that is meant for "performance" that doesn't have adjustable straps. Also noting that if anything my boobs are kinda low on my chest and I don't have small shoulders so I don't think it's my proportions. Lucky for you if this fits your body!
